2. Services

Inkspire Digital Designs provides web design, SEO, graphic design, and digital marketing services. All services are subject to the terms outlined in individual service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code created by Inkspire Digital Designs remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership transfers to the client.

4. Payment Terms

• • Final payment is due upon project completion
• • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• • Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Refund Policy

We strive for 100% client satisfaction. If you're not happy with our work, we'll work to make it right. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
