Deposits: The 50% deposit is non-refundable as it covers initial research, planning, and design work.
Completed Projects: Once a project is completed and launched, refunds are not available as significant work has been invested.
Dissatisfaction: If you're not satisfied with our work, we will work with you to make revisions and ensure you're happy with the final result.
Hosting Services: Hosting fees are non-refundable once the service period has started.
